Noah Shibley is a new media artist, programmer, hactivist and technology concept developer. He is currently working on several scientific data visualization, Virtual Reality and social software projects, such as Glucose Wireless Chat, Inside Outside System II and Bubble Finder. Enmeshing them with topics such as network technology, social theory for local community development, open source culture and mobile nomadic lifestyles. He was a member of the Nintendo Amusement Park concept team, developing a physically augmented reality game. He also joined the post-production team of the Chicago Millennium Park Fountain Project, a permanent public art installation for the city of Chicago, and is currently a co-founding and co-directing member of a non-profit art and technology organization, Dottedquad. His works has been shown in Versionfest>04 Chicago, IL, IMMEDIA Ann Arbor, MI, OpenEnd Art, Polvo, Heaven, Buddy, 1926 gallery Chicago, IL, IMC Mutimedia, NY. He received a BFA degree in Art and technology studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and has recently received a MPS degree from The Interactive Telecommunication Progam at New York University.

Hyunjoo Oh is a new media artist, technologist, writer and educator. She is a founding member of digital media group, dottedquad and had co-directed the immersive and interactive Virtual Reality laboratory, Applied Interactives in Chicago. Her work involves Virtual Reality, data visualization, physical computing and network sound system. She participated in the post-production team of the Millennium Park Fountain Project that was commissioned by the City of Chicago. Her recent VR project, 'Nodule Resonance,' explores the resonant characteristics and architectural acoustics of virtual space by using a permutation process of network delay. She lectures and exhibits in the U.S and Korea: WIRED NextFest ‘05, VersionFest>04:: Invisible Network, POLVO, Chicago Tourist Center, (art)n Lab, IMMEDIA ‘03, OpenEnd Art, Heaven, Betty Rymer, 1926 gallery, Samjeoung Art Center. She holds a M.F.A (2005) in Art and Technology studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago(SAIC) and B.F.A (2002) in Art Education and a minor in Philosophy from the SungKyunKwan University in Seoul, Korea. A recipient of the Honors Student Scholarship from SungKyunKwan University, she awarded the Graduate Scholarship and and teaching assistantship from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago.
